We’re looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our production team. If you’re mechanically inclined, safety-conscious, and eager to grow your skills, this is a great opportunity to build a long-term career in manufacturing.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• Assist punch press operators with material setup and cutting
• Operate a shear to cut metal sheets accurately
• Use tape measures and calculators for precise measurements and decimal calculations
• Set up machines, including calibration and cleaning, to start production cycles
• Adjust machine settings such as speed and feed rates
• Load raw materials or components into semi-automated machines
• Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, and other precision tools
• Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot issues during shifts
• Maintain accurate records of production output and quality checks
• Keep work areas clean and organized
