Job descriptionBuild and maintain excellent relationships with senior participants Develop and implement exercise program Provide timely feedback to the company, communities and participants Proven experience in the health and wellness industry Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices Ability to work well with a team Excellent communication skills Motived self-starter with ability to manage your own schedule Background / proven experience with developing daily exercise programs Competitive pay Promotion opportunities Multiple opportunities for income (group classes, small group classes, 1 : 1 sessions, in-home training) Certification discounts (NASM, ACE, ISSA, or NCCA accredited equivalent) Our trainers are provided with ongoing support and training, and we are able to build flexible schedules around their other commitments.
