Job descriptionRead sort labels and safely load customer packages onto trailers Occasionally stack packages on pallets and operate shrink-wrap machine Check work for quality and accuracy to ensure an amazing customer experience Work independently and as part of a team to build on our culture of fun! Average reading skills Ability to walk, stand, squat, bend, and reach overhead frequently throughout the shift and work in tight, confined spaces Ability to occasionally lift up to 60 pounds, and frequently 35 pounds Ability to occasionally lift overhead up to 30 pounds, and frequently 20 pounds Ability to use load stands up to 5 feet to assist in loading above shoulders or to break jams in the sort chutes Ability to work in elevated work areas up to 28 feet high Ability to frequently climb stairs On-site training Performance based incentive Comprehensive wellness and employee assistance programs Medical, dental, vision coverage options Company 401K matching program Basic life insurance Parental leave Medical and family leave Disability insurance or salary continuation for personal illness or injury Paid Time Off Employee discount Company events and more!

- . As our Warehouse Truck Loader, you will be responsible for safely and accurately loading packages into designated trailers, helping to Make Life More Fun every day! Wages start at $15.25 per hour for this regular, full-time position at our La Vista (114th & Giles) location with the opportunity for performance-based bonus working a 6am-2 : 30pm or 3pm-11 : 30pm schedule. Employees on our swing shift also earn a $2 per hour shift differential.
