Resource Planning Consultant

A company is looking for a Resource Planning Consultant who will conduct data analysis for operational resource and capacity planning. Key Responsibilities Conduct complex statistical analysis to identify trends and anomalies in data Create long-term forecasts for volume and headcount planning Drive budget planning cycles and recommend process improvements within the Resource Planning team Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, statistics, mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent experience 5+ years of workforce management experience 3+ years of quantitative analysis or research experience Strong experience in forecasting using various statistical methods Expertise in Excel, including macros and data integration
