2nd or 3rd Shift Supervisor

Position Overview The Shift Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all manufacturing operations during their assigned shift (2nd or 3rd).

This role ensures that production targets are achieved safely, efficiently, and in compliance with quality standards, while fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities Operations & Production

• Lead daily production activities across sheeting, printing, die-cutting, folder-gluer, finishing, tray forming, and RFID application.
• Monitor machine performance, staffing levels, and material flow to ensure schedule adherence.
• Adjust resources as needed to meet customer delivery commitments (OTTP, OTIF, OTD).
• Oversee product quality on all lines, ensuring cartons meet customer specifications (print quality, die-cut integrity, folding / gluing accuracy, labeling).
