Information Technology Systems Analyst
The IT Systems Analyst is responsible for working with the IT Director in the administration and management of MOSAs information systems. This role develops, administers, and supports the data and technology supporting MOSAs certification services. The IT Systems Analyst is responsible for maintaining MOSAs information security and ensuring confidentiality and professionalism at all times. In addition to technical expertise, the IT Systems Analyst will work with staff, clients, and vendors to ensure MOSAs systems and procedures are continuously improved to meet organizational and regulatory needs.

Duties / Responsibilities :
- Analyzes and enhances technical systems to further business tactics
- Administers Business systems, including user account maintenance, reporting, and interface design
- Ensures applications and data are aligned to the workflow to facilitate the organic certification process for MOSAs clients and staff
- Maintains applications, source code, database records, forms, and reports
- Provides tier 1 technical support for MOSA staff and tier 2 technical support for MOSA clients
- Extracts, transforms, and loads data to ensure consistency between MOSA applications
- Implements and monitors information security measures, including access controls, risk assessments, and compliance with security standards.
- Develops, documents, and maintains procedures for data backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity.
- Monitors system performance, identifies issues, and proactively optimizes efficiency and stability
- Coordinates with third-party vendors and service providers to support integrations, upgrades, and technical troubleshooting
- Prepares documentation, training materials, and user guides; conducts staff and client training sessions as needed
- Supports reporting and analytics for leadership and compliance needs
