• RN - Full Time
• Responsibilities
• Provides nursing support working closely with medical providers
• Provides education, ongoing assessment and support to patients
• Triage, patient education, follow, up
• Portal Message management
• Nurse visits, education visits,
• Booking Infusions
• Assist in administering botox injections
• Required Work Experience :
• Massachusetts license as an RN and BLS CPR certified.
• Minimum of 2 year of nursing experience
• Demonstrated interest to work with patients from diverse economic and cultural backgrounds
• Ideal candidate will have both adult and pediatric experience and / or be willing to train and work with our pediatric patient population
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must have competency in delivering exceptional nursing care and have proven success in partnering with both physicians and staff
• Schedule and Location
• Location - 3300 Main Street Springfield MA
• Full Time Monday - Friday
