Environmental Phase I ESA / Property Condition Assessment Leader

Sierra Piedmont Engineers & Geologists is seeking to retain an Environmental Phase I / Property Condition Assessment team-member in the Dallas, Texas area with a passion for client service to join Sierra's commercial property due diligence department. Zero to five years of transferable work experience is required along with an Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering Technology, Environmental Science, or Construction Management. The right candidate will be a master multi-tasker with a high energy level, strong work ethic, and be highly reliable.

Required Skills, Experience and Attributes

• High degree of organization skills
• High communication skills both verbally and written
• Willingness to travel nationwide via air travel for 1-3 days at a time, 3-4 times per month
• Ability to document field activities via field notes and photo's
• Adherence to deadlines, ensuring all tasks meet the requirements while adhering to cost and time budgets
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
