KPMG is currently seeking a Specialist Director, Contracts Management, to join our Managed Services practice. Responsibilities include :
- Providing strategic direction and leadership for the Managed Services Contract Management team.
- Leading a team of contract professionals responsible for drafting, negotiating, and executing contracts.
- Liaise with key stakeholders across Sales, Solution Management, and Delivery.
- Working with the Market Growth Team to ensure the proper setup of opportunities.
- Maintaining a database summarizing numerous contract terms across all active engagements.
- Collaborating with Risk Management and OGC teams to update contract templates.
Qualifications :
Minimum eight years of recent experience in a consultative services organization; management experience preferred.Bachelor's degree from an accredited college / university.Proven track record of leading successful contracting teams.Strong contract negotiation skills, stakeholder management, communication, and strategic thinking.Strong program management skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels.Capacity to multi-task at a high level with strong organizational skills.Ability to travel as necessary.Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship.
