Harmony at Home Senior Care, LLC is a licensed provider of personal assistance services committed to delivering compassionate, high-quality home care. We are seeking an experienced Administrator to oversee agency operations and ensure compliance, staff support, and client satisfaction.

Position Overview :

The Administrator is responsible for managing day-to-day business operations, maintaining regulatory compliance, supervising staff, and ensuring the quality of care for all clients. This leadership role also includes responsibility for disaster preparedness, client intake and follow-up, and internal systems management.

Key Responsibilities :

Direct and organize all agency business functions

Maintain compliance with Personal Assistance Services licensing requirements

Serve as the Disaster Coordinator for the agency

Conduct or delegate initial client assessments and 90-day follow-ups

Oversee client service agreements and ensure timely recordkeeping

Train, supervise, and evaluate administrative staff

Process payroll, timesheets, and client care documentation bi-weekly

Investigate and document incident reports

Lead internal and external communications and marketing efforts

Maintain financial health by managing the budget and accounting systems

Handle on-call responsibilities after business hours

Delegate duties appropriately while retaining responsibility for oversight

Perform other duties as assigned by ownership and senior leadership

Qualifications :

Must meet the Administrator and Alternate Administrator requirements as outlined in Section 244.00

Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills

Proficient in administrative systems and home care compliance

Ability to manage sensitive information with professionalism and discretion

Experience in a home care or healthcare setting strongly preferred
