Position : HR Generalist
Location : Grand Rapids, MI
Schedule : M-F 8a-5p on site
Compensation : $60,000 - $70,000

Key Responsibilities :
- Administer and manage HR policies and procedures
- Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, and conducting interviews
- Assist with onboarding new employees and conducting orientation sessions
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
- Support performance management processes and employee development programs
- Coordinate benefits administration and assist employees with benefit inquiries
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives to improve workplace culture and efficiency
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldProven experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar roleStrong understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and regulationsExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretionProficient in Microsoft Office SuiteStrong organizational and multitasking skills
