Key Responsibilities

• Manage general ledger activities, journal entries, reconciliations, and close processes
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, forecasts, and performance metrics in alignment with GAAP
• Lead budgeting, cash flow planning, and financial analysis efforts
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit standards, and regulatory requirements
• Supervise and develop accounting staff while improving systems and workflows
• Collaborate with leadership on financial strategy, decision-making, and system enhancements
