Description :

This position assesses, plans, implements, evaluates, and documents nursing care of patients.

The nursing care is provided in accordance with organizational policies and standards of professional nursing practice.

Utilizes the framework for professional nursing practice and development.

Accountable for the quality of nursing services delivered by self or others under their direction.

Utilizes specialized knowledge, judgment, and nursing skills necessary to assess data.

Plans, provides, and evaluates care appropriate to the physical and developmental age of assigned patients.
