A company is looking for a Manager Provider Onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
Lead provider contracting, credentialing, onboarding, compliance, audits, and communications
Ensure compliance with service levels and contractual obligations
Oversee budget management and develop policies to meet regulatory requirements
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Experience in medical, dental, or health systems
Minimum of 4 years in a supervisory leadership role
Subject matter expertise in provider onboarding functions
Proficiency in project management and process improvement
