Job Description

Join Pride Health as a Certified Phlebotomist at Spokane Valley or Spokane, WA! This is a 6 months contract role (with high possibility of extension or conversion) offering a great opportunity for experience to excel in a dynamic environment.

Shift Schedule :

1. Monday – Thursday | 8 : 00 AM – 4 : 30 PM

Friday | 8 : 00 AM – 3 : 00 PM

OR

2. Monday - Friday 7 : 30 AM – 4 : 30 PM

Hours per Week : 40 hours

Start Date : ASAP

Pay Highlights : $18 - 22 / hour (Based on years of experience)

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform phlebotomy and specimen collection duties accurately, efficiently, and on schedule.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment at all times.
• Collect and process both forensic and clinical specimens following company policies and procedures.
• Verify and label all specimens in the patient’s presence to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain required logs, records, and documentation.
• Uphold company image by providing superior customer service and patient care.
• Support team efficiency by handling multiple priorities in a high-volume setting.
• Remain flexible and available for weekend, holiday, on-call, or overtime assignments as needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications :

Education : High School Diploma or GED required.

Certification : Active Washington State Department of Health Phlebotomy License (MAP) — Required

Experience :

Note : Local candidates within 30 miles are eligible.
