Senior Analyst, Oracle ERP Fusion / Ebs (Frisco)

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Technical Functional Analyst specializing in Oracle ERP Fusion / EBS experience tools. The ideal candidate will be adept at analyzing business requirements, and translating them into effective solutions. This role demands an individual who is both technically proficient and capable of understanding and improving financial processes. Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

Monitor and maintain current Oracle ERP Fusion / EBS systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

Implement and manage regular system upgrades and patches for Oracle ERP Fusion / EBS modules.

Identify and resolve technical issues and anomalies in the Oracle ERP Fusion / EBS systems.

A demonstrated resource in defining systems strategy, developing systems requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures, and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines

Proven experience in terms of Project Management (Resource, Scope, Budget), with emphasis on tech implementation solutions

Proven experience interacting and communicating with both business-oriented and IT-oriented clients

Understanding of system deployment methodologies (Agile, Hybrid Agile, Waterfall)

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and assignments

Outstanding critical thinking, analytics, and problem-solving skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment

Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills; professional competence in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)

5+ years of relevant consulting experience in a professional services environment

Strong understanding of both technical and functionality of Oracle ERP Fusion / EBS experience GL, AP and AR preferred, even better if there is access to ARCS or FCCS)

Relevant experience in technology implementation methodology and cycles (Development, Testing, Documentation, Cutover, Deployment, Hypercare)

Ability to translate technology functionality into process improvements
