Position Overview

We're looking for an experienced Accountant to handle the day-to-day financial operations for this dynamic arts organization. This role offers the opportunity to work directly with the Executive Director while managing diverse revenue streams including admissions, donations, grants, and retail operations in a mission-driven environment.

Daily Responsibilities

Monthly Accounting Operations :

• Complete month-end journal entries and balance sheet account reconciliations
• Record endowment investment activities and maintain accurate general ledger entries
• Create accounts receivable invoices for various departmental needs
• Process accounts payable transactions and payments
• Prepare annual 1099s and coordinate year-end reporting
