Job Summary
The Head of Institutional Distribution Enablement will be responsible for development and execution of our institutional distribution enablement strategy, including partnering across the organization on the design and deployment of a sales enablement platform. They will lead a team focused on building a technology-enabled global sales organization by partnering with sales leaders, consultant relations, relationship managers, and cross-functional teams. The role requires collaborating with sales leadership to understand needs, aligning with marketing and analytics, improving client data management and sales team effectiveness, and ensuring delivery of cutting-edge tools and resources. Strong people-leader competencies are essential, as the candidate will develop business cases to secure funding, track progress, and report outcomes to senior management.
