Position Summary :

The Orthopaedic Fellow will receive advanced training in [specify subspecialty : e.g., sports medicine, adult reconstruction, spine surgery, trauma] within a high-volume orthopaedic practice. Under the supervision of board-certified orthopaedic surgeons, the fellow will gain hands-on clinical, surgical, and research experience while contributing to high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities :

Assist in and perform orthopaedic surgical procedures under supervision

Participate in outpatient clinics, inpatient rounds, and pre / post-operative care

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including physical therapy, radiology, and nursing staff

Participate in emergency and trauma call coverage as scheduled

Engage in academic activities including journal clubs, case conferences, and surgical skills labs

Conduct clinical research and contribute to scholarly publications and presentations

Educate and mentor residents and medical students as appropriate
