Role Summary

The Global Salesforce Partner Marketing Manager will lead strategic co-marketing initiatives between Cognizant and Salesforce, driving brand visibility, pipeline growth, and partner engagement across global markets. This role blends strategic planning with hands-on execution across campaigns, events, content, and digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic & Campaign Execution

• Develop and execute global co-marketing strategies aligned with Cognizant's Salesforce practice and industry verticals.
• Launch integrated campaigns including ABM, digital, email, webinars, and joint solution promotions.

Event & Sponsorship Planning

Partner Engagement & Enablement

Thought Leadership & Content Strategy

Win Promotion & Advocacy

Social Media & Digital Amplification

Performance & Analytics

Budget & Vendor Management

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Qualifications

3+ years in B2B marketing, with experience in partner or alliance marketing. Proven success in managing global marketing programs with strategic technology partners. Experience in the Salesforce ecosystem or with Global SIs. Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.

Salary and Other Compensation

Applications will be accepted until November 28, 2025. The annual salary for this position is between $135,000 - $155,000, depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
