Aspen Dental is hiring for a Director of Lab Implementation. You will be a key member of our Lab Team supporting the implementation, operationalization, and sustainment of the operating model as it pertains to the lab business. You will be responsible for overseeing the Lab Implementation team that provides training and support for lab related initiatives including but not limited to : Intraoral Scanning, Digital Dentures, Analog Dentures, and operational lab support. By providing people-leadership, strong partnerships, process improvement & strategic vision, you will ensure Aspen Dental can meet the needs of the organization as well as the patients we serve. Job type : full-time Salary : $150,000 - $160,000 / year Travel : 50%

Responsibilities : Strategic Planning

• Develop and drive launch strategies around lab related initiatives for both operations and clinical stakeholders
• Develop and drive ongoing sustainment strategies to drive performance at the practice level
