What We Need
We're looking for a Senior Product Manager who can pair big-picture vision with a roll-up-your-sleeves approach to execution. In this role, you'll lead product innovation that transforms advertising into an additive, engaging experience for audiences—while driving measurable results for marketers. You'll shape how Yieldmo combines creative, data, and optimization into scalable solutions that stand apart in the AdTech landscape. Success in this role means making complex systems seamless, impactful, and user-first, while collaborating closely with engineering, design, data science, and client teams to bring bold ideas to market.
What You Can Expect In This Role
- Lead the vision, roadmap, and execution for Yieldmo's suite of data, creative, and optimization products
- Define and scale solutions that extend audience and contextual reach while remaining privacy-safe
- Build optimization systems that align with client KPIs, improve creative performance, and allocate budgets effectively
- Partner with engineering to deliver fast, high-impact releases while laying the groundwork for scale
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and performance data to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and client teams to ensure adoption and measurable client success
- Run beta programs, translating early customer insights into actionable roadmap priorities
- Establish best practices for integrating contextual intelligence, creative tech, and optimization services into campaigns
Requirements
You bring 5–7 years of Product Management experience in AdTech, MarTech, or closely related domainsYou are deeply accountable for the end-to-end user experience—not just design and workflow, but data relevance, speed, performance, language, and every detail that shapes how products feel in useYou have a proven ability to own complex product areas from vision through execution, and to adapt strategy based on feedback and resultsYou think like an analyst, using data to answer critical questions and shape product directionYou have experience applying ML / AI to real-world advertising or marketing solutionsYou balance long-term strategic foresight with hands-on execution—able to whiteboard a vision in the morning and QA an MVP in the afternoonYou have a strong track record of working cross-functionally with engineering, data science, sales, and marketing teamsYou translate technical possibilities into clear, compelling value propositions for both publishers and advertisersYou communicate with clarity and impact, simplifying complexity for diverse audiencesYou have experience collaborating with enterprise clients or partners to shape and refine product directionYou bring a collaborative spirit combined with the ability to lead decisively when neededHiring Process

The range listed is just one component of Yieldmo's total compensation package for employees. Individual compensation decisions are based on a number of factors, including experience, level, skillset, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at the company. We recognize that the person we hire may be less experienced (or more senior) than this job description as posted. In these situations, the updated salary range will be communicated with you as a candidate. For all other countries, we have competitive pay bands based on market standards.
