Manufacturing Engineer

Oxnard, CA for 3-4 months and then full relo to Las Vegas, NV Summer 2026

Direct Hire / Permanent Placement

2-5 yrs experience : $70k-$100k ish

5+ yrs : $80k-$130k ish

Full Benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance), Monthly Bonuses (3 year history of 11%),

401k w / Profit sharing, PTO, Holidays, Tuition Reimbursement, etc.

Relocation package : 20k (paid out 5k / qtr.), extra 40 hours vaca, 5% raise upon move, 5% raise in 6 mo.

OVERVIEW

The ideal Candidate will be setting up assembly lines, machinery, and manage overall production flow including material handling.

ROLE / RESPONSIBILITIES / HIGHLY PREFERRED SKILLS / EXPERIENCE

BSME or similar with 2+ years of commercial experience as a manufacturing engineer
be a part of manufacturing safety, productivity, and quality improvements on the assembly floor

machine shop, and / or sheet metal shop.

Design, build, implement tools for new or existing products or assemblies – fabrication and installation of manufacturing tooling and equipment

work instructions, document manufacturing process, implement new parts, assemblies, create facility layouts and spec out equipment

AutoCAD and / or Solidworks
