Job descriptionConfigure and reconfigure custom hardware setups according to specifications provided by R8D leams. Ensure hardware components are correctly assembled and / or integrated. Or installed Maintain and update hardware to have the latest BIOS / firmware / driver levels Conduct rigorous testing of custom hardware configurations to ensure functionality, performance, and compatibility with existing systems. Conduct routine hardware diagnostics and repair replace faulty components. Work with engineering teams to perform tests that require physical interaction such as pulling out and re-installing drives. Identity and resolve hardware issues through systematic troubleshooting. Debug hardware failures, connectivity issues Partner with R&D teams to identify and resolve issues Maintain detailed documentation of Custom hardware configurations, including diagrams, setup instructions, and test results. Generate comprehensive reports on testing outcomes, issues encountered VMware Integration support including Switch configuration, Storage debugging, Connectivity debugging, Swapping, PCI cards, Upgrading firmwares, Managing infra and Service outages / Installation failures, Rack stack cable, ESXi ( Data Center requirement to support VMware integration work.)
