RIGHTSTONE IS HIRING! We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Production Technician to join our manufacturing team in Framingham, MA with $25 / hr pay for a 2 months contract (temp only). In this role, you’ll be responsible for operating, troubleshooting, and maintaining production equipment to ensure efficient, high-quality output. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, safety-focused, and eager to learn in a fast-paced production environment. APPLY NOW!

What You’ll Do :

• Operate, changeover, clean, and perform basic maintenance on production equipment such as fillers, labelers, case packers, palletizers, blow mold machines, wrappers, and forklifts.
• Record and document preventative maintenance activities, quality inspections, downtime, and production metrics.
• Adhere to safety protocols and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) at all times.
• Identify and communicate issues that impact production efficiency or quality.
• Conduct hourly quality checks to ensure all products meet company standards.
• Inspect raw materials before use to ensure compliance with quality requirements.
• Collaborate with other departments (Maintenance, Quality Assurance, etc.) to optimize performance.
• Participate in shift meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation.
• Support other production areas and cross-train as needed.
