REO Closing Services Representative

A company is looking for a REO Closing Services Representative (FT, Temp).

Key Responsibilities

Review and verify closing documents and data entry for accuracy

Communicate with management, clients, and title teams to coordinate closing processes

Resolve client inquiries and issues in a timely manner while following proper procedures

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required; some college preferred

Minimum of 2 years of prior work-related experience

At least 3 years of experience in REO Closing Services or Real Estate preferred

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, and Word)

Knowledge of client-based systems
