Position Overview

Were looking for a Project Manager Permit Expeditor to join our this role youll manage the permitting process for client projects ensuring timely approvals and compliance with local building codes. Youll collaborate with architects engineers and city officials to keep projects moving forward and deliver exceptional client service.

What Youll Do

• Review and consolidate project documentation for accuracy before submission.
• Prepare and submit permit applications to local jurisdictions.
• Coordinate plan reviews and address comments with architects and engineers.
• Track permit status and proactively resolve delays.
• Meet with city officials to clarify compliance requirements and advocate for client projects.
• Maintain organized records of all active projects and approvals.
• Expedite project approvals and resolve potential bottlenecks.
• Develop a strong understanding of project drawings to facilitate approvals.
