Job descriptionExcellent troubleshooting skills Ability to work and lead within a team environment Good organizational skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Basic computer-use skills High sense of ownership, responsibility, and initiative / ability to work autonomously Ability to stand / walk for prolonged periods of time (8 hour shifts) Ability to obtain forklift and other powered industrial vehicle license(s) Proficiency in MES / Neptune scanning procedures
Responsibilities
Include but are not limited to the following :
- Demonstrate working safely and sensibly
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Lead the Janus Room team to maintain OEE / Safety goals
- Train new team members in their respective roles
- Perform all scanning requirements to start / stop production orders and declare production and scrap
- Perform all material handling duties to keep raw materials flowing to molding machines
- Accurate record keeping of daily production
- Other tasks as deemed necessary
