Job Description & Requirements Hematology - Oncology Physician StartDate : ASAP Pay Rate : $388.00 - $420.00 This facility is seeking a Hematology - Oncology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need. Details and requirements for this opportunity : Schedule : M F 8a 5p with 1 in 6 weekend call coverage (24 hour beeper call) Practice Setting : Outpatient Type of cases and required procedures : Standard Cases Credentialing timeframe : 90 Days EMR : Epic Certifications required : Must be Board Certified Licensure required : Must have active Washington license or active Compact letter Facility Location Located just north of Seattle, Everett is a charming city surrounded by Port Gardner.
