Accounting Manager / Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced Accounting Manager to join our team in Fort Myers, Florida. This role involves overseeing all aspects of accounting functions, utilizing various accounting software systems and ERP solutions, and supervising accounting activities.

Responsibilities :

• Oversee and manage the general accounting functions, including, but not limited to : accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and taxes
• Leverage accounting software systems to streamline and automate financial management
• Manage the use of ADP for financial services
• Oversee the design and implementation of auditing processes
• Supervise billing functions to ensure accuracy and timeliness
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings
• Develop and maintain timely and accurate financial statements and reports
• Supervise the preparation of all month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial reports
• Monitor the financial performance of the company and report any discrepancies.
