Summary :

The HVAC Sheet Metal Welder will be responsible for fabricating, installing, and repairing HVAC ductwork and components. This role requires a strong background in both sheet metal work and welding to ensure the highest standards of craftsmanship and durability in our projects. As a Welder, you will be responsible for fabricating and assembling metal structures through the use of various welding techniques, including welding steel and stainless steel.

Schedule : 8-hour shift

Duties :

• Fabricate, assemble, and install sheet metal ductwork and HVAC components.
• Perform welding operations (MIG, TIG and flux-cored) to secure metal parts and assemblies.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Perform welding tasks on steel and stainless steel materials
• Read and interpret blueprints to understand project specifications
• Operate and maintain welding equipment to build and fabricate metal components
• Inspect welds for accuracy, safety, and quality assurance
• Conduct quality checks and troubleshoot any issues that arise during installations.
• Collaborate with project managers and other trades to ensure timely project completion.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols
• Other duties as assigned
