Oversee all phases of assigned multifamily and commercial construction projects, from pre-construction through final turnover.
Work in close partnership with superintendents and field teams to ensure seamless coordination between office and site operations.
Create, maintain, and update project schedules, budgets, and cost projections.
Support superintendents in delivering safe, high-quality, and efficient field execution.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships and ensuring expectations are consistently met.
Lead project coordination efforts with architects, engineers, consultants, and subcontractors.
Manage procurement activities, subcontract agreements, and the change order process.
Track project performance and prepare timely status updates and reports for company leadership.
Identify, mitigate, and resolve project risks, conflicts, and challenges proactively.
Mentor project engineers and junior project managers, contributing to their professional growth.
Direct project closeout activities, including punch lists, documentation, and warranty requirements.
Qualifications :
7–10 years of experience as a Project Manager, with substantial background in multifamily construction and additional experience in commercial projects.
Demonstrated success managing large, complex projects from pre-construction through closeout.
Proven ability to collaborate effectively with superintendents and field personnel.
Comprehensive knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes, safety standards, and industry best practices.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related discipline preferred but not required.
OSHA certification and other industry credentials are advantageous.
Ability to travel within the St. Paul / Minneapolis area as needed.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience with Procore strongly preferred.
Familiarity with Bluebeam or comparable construction software.
Strong financial acumen and expertise in scheduling and risk management.
Excellent client service skills and the ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships.
