The hospital features modern infrastructure, utilizes Epic EMR, and maintains a collaborative environment between administrative and clinical teams focused on quality patient care.

Opportunity :

Medical Director of Hospital Medicine

Job Details :

Lead and manage the Hospital Medicine team in a full-time day shift leadership role

Provide oversight and guidance to inpatient care delivery and performance metrics

Collaborate closely with administrative and clinical teams to implement best practices

Maintain and enhance quality, safety, and efficiency of hospitalist services

Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and hospital protocols

Support recruitment, retention, and training efforts within the department

Use Epic EMR for documentation and workflow

Work approximately 40-50 hours per week, Monday through Friday

No weekends and no on-call responsibilities

Position requires Board Certification or eligibility within 2 years in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine

Must have at least 2 years in a leadership role, preferably in acute care

NY Medical License or willingness to obtain required

Clean malpractice and license history required

Experience is REQUIRED - will not accept fresh graduates

Compensation :
