If this sounds like you, apply today!Compensation : $13 - $14 hourlyResponsibilities : Mitigate customer complaints as neededAnswer incoming calls and questions about guests’ needs in-person and online regarding room bookings, room rates, amenities, available rooms, rewards programs, and special requests Communicate with housekeeping to make sure guest rooms are readyWelcome, register, check-in, and check out guests staying at the hotel, provide keys and room numbers, and record credit card informationGeneral bookkeeping : ensure all hotel guest account information is accurate and up-to-dateBe able to work on your feet for a typical shift for 8 hours at a time in a dynamic, fast-paced environmentQualifications : High school diploma, GED, or equivalent1 year of experience in the hospitality industry as a hotel front desk agent, hotel receptionist, or guest service specialist preferredWell-versed in taking telephone calls and handling stressful situationsWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office and reservation management systemsDisplays impeccable interpersonal, time management, organizational skills, and customer service skillsMust be able to stand on your feet for 8 hours during a typical shiftPlease only apply if you meet each of these criteriaAbout Company
