Job Summary :

Atlas Restaurant Group is seeking a Business Operations Manager to oversee financial operations and drive efficiency across our restaurant portfolio. This role is critical in ensuring strong financial performance, optimizing operational processes, and supporting the overall growth of the business. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and experienced in financial management within the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities : Financial Operations & Reporting :

• Oversee daily, weekly, and monthly financial reporting, including P&L statements, cash flow management, and budget tracking.
• Ensure accuracy in financial records and compliance with accounting best practices.
• Work with leadership to develop financial strategies that improve profitability.
• Monitor operational costs and identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
• Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure timely invoice processing, vendor payments, and payroll management.
• Utilize RSP Restaurant Systems Pro daily to monitor and ensure manager accountability for inventory management, invoice processing, and labor goals.
