Overview

ProSidian Seeks a Multimedia Communications Specialist [DOE0059058] for Program Support on a Contract Contingent basis (W-2, exempt; no overtime) generally located across the CONUS with emphasis in Richland, Washington. Supports DOE EM Hanford in a federal, regulated, high-stakes nuclear cleanup environment requiring multidisciplinary contractor support, compliance oversight, and mission assurance.

This role targets candidates with relevant Environmental Management Sector experience and functional / technical expertise to support professional services engagements for DOE and DOE EM Hanford Field Office (HFO) clients.

Location : Pacific Northwest region, primarily Richland, WA. Initial work site address : 2440 Stevens Center Place, H520, Richland, WA 99354.

Responsibilities

• Public affairs, stakeholder engagement, HAB coordination, briefings, and fact sheets.
• Provide services and support for Program Office 01 (Office of the Manager, Office of the Chief of Staff, Office of Communications, & Chief Counsel) under relevant job task categories.
• Create and manage high-quality visual and written content (presentations, newsletters, website updates) to enhance stakeholder engagement and support HFO programs and events.
• Assist with governance, leadership support, and communications to strengthen accountability and mission success.

Additional role specifics include a focus on Environmental Management sector communications and support services as described by the task category and functional requirements for Hanford Field Office.
