Travel ICU Registered Nurse (RN) – Auburn, NY

Assignment Length : 13 Weeks

Start Date : ASAP

Shift : Nights, 7 : 00 PM – 7 : 30 AM

On-Call : None

Float Requirement : Must be willing to float to Med Surg when needed

Position Details

Unit : 10-bed Critical Care Unit

Patient Ratio : 1 : 2

Charting System : Allscripts / Paragon / McKesson

Equipment : Servo ventilators, LTVs, Vapotherm, V60 Bipap

Clinical Skills : Vents, drips, arterial / central line management, code response

Additional Info : Charge duties may be required; Proctored EKG exam on Day 1

Requirements

Active RN license (NY or compact where applicable)

BLS – Required

ACLS – Required

AHA NIHSS certification – Required prior to start

6 Stroke-related CEU hours – Required prior to start

Minimum 2 years recent ICU experience – Required

Travel RN experience – Required

Charge experience – Preferred

Must be willing to float to Med Surg

Strong ventilator and drip management skills
