Senior Transmission Line Engineer

EarthStream Global is seeking a Senior Transmission Line Engineer with specialized expertise in overhead transmission line systems . This leadership role combines deep technical knowledge in both civil and electrical engineering disciplines with the ability to drive project success across all phases-concept development, design, and execution. Ideal candidates will bring a proven track record in delivering high-voltage overhead transmission solutions in complex and fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the design and engineering of overhead high-voltage transmission lines , ensuring safe, cost-effective, and reliable infrastructure that meets project and industry standards.
• Act as a senior technical authority, representing the Engineering department in internal reviews, client meetings, and multi-disciplinary planning sessions.
• Oversee and manage project lifecycles-from feasibility through detailed design and construction support-ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.
• Perform advanced engineering analyses related to route selection, structure loading, conductor configuration, sag and tension calculations, and right-of-way considerations.
• Mentor junior engineers and review technical deliverables to ensure accuracy and consistency across projects.
• Integrate innovative design practices while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements and established engineering standards.
• Provide strategic input for EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) project proposals and execution plans.
• Travel occasionally to project sites, client locations, or manufacturing facilities as needed.
