Job description
A company is looking for a FL Licensed Clinician : RCSWI, LCSW, or LMFT in Behavioral Health.
Key Responsibilities
Provide customized care and treatment plans for patients based on their needs
Coordinate behavioral health care with primary care providers and monitor patient symptoms
Document patient progress and treatment recommendations in electronic health records
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field from an accredited program
Licensed to practice in Florida as an associate clinician under supervision or as an independent clinician
Minimum 1-5 years of experience as a licensed professional
