This is a salaried, exempt-level position. Position Summary : The Maintenance Superintendent oversees the facility's maintenance operations to ensure equipment reliability, minimize downtime, and manage related costs. This role is crucial to supporting production goals by providing high-quality repair and maintenance services, implementing best practices, and driving continuous improvement. Responsibilities include equipment management, contractor oversight, vendor and spare parts management, budgeting, and team development.

Position Responsibilities :

• Proactively work to ensure that all ADM employees, visitors, vendors and contractors understand and comply with the ADM safety policies and procedures.
• Set goals and expectations for the maintenance team, driving Performance Excellence.
• Support production departments in safety, quality, and audit compliance.
• Align and execute ADM's Maintenance and Reliability vision and strategy.
• Oversee preventative maintenance and reliability activities.
• Manage the maintenance budget and control monthly repair & maintenance spending.
• Lead root-cause analysis for failures and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and analyze maintenance metrics to improve performance.
• Train production staff on equipment operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Maintain an organized storeroom and inventory of spare parts.
• Coordinate maintenance schedules to minimize production disruptions.
• Manage maintenance records using CMMS and ensure proper documentation.
• Lead maintenance-related projects focused on asset reliability and defect elimination.
• Support team development through training, feedback, and coaching.
