A company is looking for a Customer Support Representative to provide remote support and resolve client issues.
Key Responsibilities
Provide remote customer support and resolve issues to the end user's satisfaction
Monitor ticket dashboards and process tickets assigned to the support queue within SLA timeframes
Train customers on how to utilize devices, services, features, and additional services
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in customer service, IT Help Desk, or similar role
Familiarity with CRM and ticketing software
Knowledge of Wi-Fi fundamentals and basic networking, including internet and IP addressing
Proficiency with Apple iPad iOS applications installation and configuration
Basic iPad troubleshooting skills
