Job Type :

Day Time - Full Time Shift : Thursday, Friday and Saturday 9 : 00am-9 : 30pm (12.5 Hour Shifts) or

Day Time - Full Time Shift : Wednesday, Friday and Saturday 9 : 00am-9 : 30pm (12.5 Hour Shifts)

Overnight - Full Time Shift : Sunday, Monday, Tuesday 9 : 00pm-9 : 30am (12.5 Hour Shifts) or

Overnight - Full Time Shift : Sunday, Friday, Saturday 9 : 00pm-9 : 30am (12.5 Hour Shifts)

Compensation : $19.50 Per Hour (Day Shift) $21.00 Per Hour (Overnight Shift) + Full Time Benefits

About The Role

As a Mental Health Technician, you will play a vital role in supporting clients through their recovery journey. This role combines direct client care, therapeutic activity support, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to create a safe, therapeutic environment. Mental Health Technicians foster personal growth in clients while upholding program policies and providing trauma-informed care.

Key Responsibilities :

• Client Support & Supervision : Monitor and guide clients during therapeutic and recreational activities, facilitate skill-building exercises, and support clients in achieving treatment goals.
• Crisis Management : Respond to incidents and use de-escalation techniques to maintain a calm environment.
• Collaboration : Work closely with the clinical and operational teams to ensure consistent care delivery.
• Documentation & Compliance : Maintain accurate records of client behavior and report significant changes promptly. Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations regarding confidentiality and client safety.
• Trauma-Informed Care : Utilize a compassionate approach to support clients with behavioral health challenges.
