Come work in the exciting cannabis industry! We are hiring for an Associate at our Warehouse, located in Garden City CO! (Greeley area)

Heavy preference will be given to candidates who already have their badge to work in the cannabis industry in Colorado. If you don't already have that, you can apply with the State of Colorado.

Schedule : Monday - Friday - 9 : 00am - 5 : 00pm

Pay : $15 / hour

Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the accuracy of product inventory and maintaining smooth warehouse operations. Your responsibilities will include verifying product SKUs, ensuring physical counts match METRC tag counts, and applying product labels efficiently. You'll work alongside a diverse and long-standing team, contributing to the success of our operations while maintaining accuracy, speed, and consistency.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Verification : Accurately verify the physical product against the SKU, product name, and THC information to ensure consistency and correctness.
• Inventory Accuracy : Ensure that physical product counts match the METRC tag count to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Labeling : Efficiently apply product labels and stickers to items, meeting or exceeding the expected quotas per item while maintaining high standards of accuracy.
• Receiving Support : Assist in receiving incoming product orders by verifying and checking in products to ensure they align with purchase orders.
• Product Handling : Assist in the loading and unloading of product deliveries, ensuring proper storage and handling practices.
• Physical Stamina : Ability to lift, bend, stand, or sit for extended periods of time, and lift up to 50 pounds as necessary for product handling and inventory management.
• Time Management : Maintain a balance between speed and accuracy, ensuring tasks are completed within the time allowed while upholding a high level of quality.
• Team Collaboration : Work effectively within a close-knit team, adapting to diverse work styles, taking direction, and contributing ideas to improve efficiency and workflow.
