Job Overview
We are seeking reliable and hardworking Electrical Helpers to join our team for a ground-up new Target Grocery Store project in Fort Myers, FL . This role is ideal for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in commercial electrical work while supporting Journeyman and Apprentices on-site. The position offers consistent work, training opportunities, and a strong focus on safety and teamwork.
Responsibilities
- Assist electricians with material handling, setup, and installation tasks.
- Pull wire, run conduit, and help with lighting and device installation under supervision.
- Keep tools, materials, and the work area organized and clean.
- Load and unload materials, prepare jobsite for daily activities, and assist with cleanup.
- Operate power tools and lifts as directed (training provided).
- Follow all OSHA and company safety standards at all times.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors to support project completion.
