🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound automated calls to secure payments on delinquent accounts
• Make manual outbound calls to responsible parties to resolve outstanding balances
• Apply critical thinking to improve member experience and streamline processes
• Interpret financial information and offer tailored solutions to members
• Educate members on Credit Counseling Agencies vs. Debt Settlement companies
• Embrace coaching and feedback to continuously improve performance
• Encourage and support teammates with positive reinforcement
