Travel Registered Nurse (RN) - Telemetry / LTAC - Greensboro, NC.
- $2000 - $2100 per week, Net take home. Paid Weekly. (based on exp)

Telemetry Nurses provide care by connecting patients to machines that measure heart rate, blood pressure, breathing rate, as well as blood-oxygen levels and electrocardiogram information. These machines then send data to computer screens for nurses to monitor. Telemetry Nurses read and interpret the data to better determine patient care.
Responsibilities Include :
Prepares and administers (orally, subcutaneously, through an IV) and records prescribed medications. Reports adverse reactions to medications or treatments in accordance with the policy regarding the administration of medications by a licensed registered nurseMonitors and adjusts specialized equipment used on patients, and interprets and records electronic displaysIdentifies irregular telemetry readings and notifies appropriate medical team membersInitiates corrective action whenever information from monitoring equipment shows adverse symptomatologyBecause patients need round-the-clock care, working hours include days, nights, weekends and holidays.Physical Demands :
Ability to lift twenty (20) pounds. Moving, lifting or transferring of patients may involve lifting of up to fifty (50) pounds, as well as assist with weights of more than (100) pounds.Ability to stand for extended periodsRequirements :
Graduate of an accredited nursing programCurrent nursing license, in good standing with the State licensing boardMinimum of one (1) year Telemetry experience, Acute Care exp preferredBenefits :
