We're currently seeking a Logistics Quality & Compliance Specialist to join our growing team. In this critical role, you'll help define and uphold the quality culture across our aerospace logistics operations, ensuring every process meets industry regulations and exceeds customer expectations.
As the Logistics Quality & Compliance Specialist, you'll serve as a subject-matter expert in aviation logistics quality systems. You'll lead audits, monitor processes on the production floor and at aircraft stations, and ensure our operations remain in compliance with industry standards such as EN9100, ISO9001, FAR21, and PART21. You'll also collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and proactively drive operational excellence.
What You'll Do
- Champion quality and compliance within logistics operations supporting aircraft programs and complex production environments.
- Develop and update operating procedures related to receiving, inventory, storage, distribution, and shipmentall tied to regulatory and customer requirements.
- Deliver training and support onboarding for major logistics processes to ensure alignment with safety and quality objectives.
- Monitor and assess logistics operations at aircraft stations and warehouses through regular field audits and observations.
- Track non-conformance costs and lead investigations into customer complaintsensuring root cause analysis and action plan execution.
- Coordinate and support internal and external audits, preparing documentation, addressing findings, and ensuring readiness.
- Participate in change management by evaluating the impact of customer requests and workspec modifications on quality systems.
- Collaborate with site and regional leaders to embed quality into daily operations and improve risk mitigation strategies.
- Conduct risk analyses and maintain a proactive approach to safety and compliance in line with aerospace standards.
What You Bring
Education : Engineering degree required, with a focus in Quality, Logistics, or related technical field.Experience : 69 years in quality management or logistics in aerospace, 3PL, or manufacturing environments.Technical Knowledge : Deep understanding of EN9100, ISO9001, PART21, FAR21 regulations and aviation quality systems.Tools : Proficiency in Excel and logistics / quality reporting systems.Communication : Clear and confident communicator, capable of translating complex requirements into action.Mindset : Analytical, structured, and collaborativedriven by a commitment to getting things right the first time.Working Conditions & Travel
