The Accounting Manager is responsible for, but not limited to, all administrative tasks associated with the following :
Supervises Administrative Assistant
Tasks :
- Primary incoming phone call reception
- Daily Time Cards – responsible for entering hours for every hourly employee into the Overtime Spreadsheet file. This task is to be completed by 8 : 30AM daily. Copies to be made and provided to all applicable personnel.
- Payroll processing – weekly

Hard ChecksPayroll TaxesTracking and accounting of employee advances / check deductionsQuarterly Payroll Tax reportingNew Hire / Employee Benefits – responsible for insuring that all employment paperwork is properly filled out and complete prior to work beginning inclusive of benefit application, etc. Pre-employment drug testing coordination, if required.Deposits –company endorsement on back of checks, deposit slip completed including check #, customer name, invoice numbers payment applies to, check amount and total deposit amount. Paid Invoices to be pulled. Insure deposit is made that day.
