Job description

We are seeking an experienced Family Practice Nurse Practitioner for a locum tenens assignment in Vermont. This opportunity starts on Dec 1, 2025, and offers a 102-day contract working four 9-hour shifts per week, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. The nurse practitioner will provide care in a primary care clinic with an attached express care, supporting a dynamic patient population.

Responsibilities and Duties

Utilize Medent EMR system for documentation and patient records

Additional Information

Recent family practice clinic experience required

Must possess active Vermont nurse practitioner license

Board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine required

Familiarity with Medent EMR preferred
