Position summary

As a SIC, you will supervise the care staff on your shift to assist our residents daily, ensuring their medication plan is appropriately executed while making meaningful connections with each resident. Above all, you will exhibit a passion for serving seniors and contribute to the positive environment our residents are proud to call home.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Provide direct resident care services
• Distribution of medication
• Ability to supervise
• Follow the individualized plan of care for all residents
• Observe residents for change in condition and report any changes immediately
• Documentation
